[Dsg-rich] RICH Pressure Systems Calculations and Design Authority

Hi Bob,

We are trying to resubmit the RICH OSP as soon as possible. As you know, 
one thing needed to complete this is an engineered review of the 
pressure systems calculations. Apparently, this was done by Saptarshi 
awhile back and sent to Joe Matalevich for review. The other is the 
assignment of a design authority. I believe Dave Kashy is working on 
part of this, but if this was already taken care of by Saptarshi we can 
get moving on this.

As soon as this information is available to us, the DSG will meet with 
Valery and provide our assistance to get the OSP packet ready for 
submission. If there is information immediately available, or as soon as 
it is please send it to me or Tyler Lemon and we will get this squared away.
