[Dsg-rich] RICH rotation tool manufacturing

Hello, 

Dario and Sandro came by the DSG Control Room this afternoon to ask whether it be possible to have the rotation support used during RICH assembly fabricated at a local-to-JLab company. Attached is a scanned diagram of this rotation support. This could potentially save time since the fabricated part would not have to be shipped from Italy. 

What would be the process for arranging the fabrication? 

It was also mentioned that INFN purchase procedure requires three quotes for the fabrication. 

We could plan to discuss this in the DSG weekly meeting tomorrow.
