[Dsg-rich] Updated drawing of EEL 124 for RICH assembly

Hello, 

Attached is the updated drawing from Mary Ann for the RICH assembly in EEL 124. Note the Nitrogen Dewar, Air tank and compressor are now placed outside of the cleanroom in EEL 125.
