[Dsg-rich] List of Design Authority for Pressure Systems

Hello Amrit, 

Per Jlab requirements, each pressure system must be reviewed by an Engineer to determine what is required by our Pressure System ES&H manual and supplement. If it meets certain minimum requirements (stored energy, pressure, fluid etc) certain actions must be taken. Relief calculations are just one of the requirements. Assigning a Design Authority another. Depending on the characteristics of the system, a Pressure System number may need to be defined as well as the accompanying documentation. The Design Engineer can make this call.

hello everyone, 
i'm at a complete loss. 
saptarshi's e-mail from july 13, 2017 shows that saptarshi had done the calculation and that joe matalevich, was supposed to check the calcs. i asked saptarshi to charge the bops account. 
so, in principle the calcs have been done and should have been checked buy joe. 
we need to send this over to tim, right? 
or am i missing something?

Hi Amrit, 

Joe Matalevich from the Engineering group has agreed to verify my relief 
valve calculations for the RICH cooling system but he needs a charge 
code for it. Do you know if this goes to BOPS or does the RICH have its 
own charge code ?
