[Dsg-rich] Optical Tests for Mirror 4

Dear Marco, 

We have completed the d0 measurement and Shack-Hartmann (SH) sensor imaging for mirror 4. I am not able to post the data in the directory you shared this morning. It says that I only have read permission for the directory. Should a compressed file (size ~160 MB) of all the data be sent until the write privileges are worked out? 

>From the d0 test, we got the following results: 
minimum measured d0 = 1.410 mm at a Z = 61mm. 
fit-d0 = 1.30 mm at Z = 61.00 mm. 

Attached is the fit program output as a pdf. 

As requested, we scanned the logbook pages from today. They are also attached as a pdf. 

During the test, we had issues with the PlotD0.C program and had to repack the mirror between taking the d0 measurements and the SH images. This was noted in the logbook pages that were scanned. All issues with PlotD0.C have been resolved. Before taking the SH images, we confirmed that the minimum d0 was still seen at the same Z location. 

We will continue with the measurements tomorrow.
