[Dsg-rich] Optical tests complete for RICH mirrors 2C, 3C, 4C

Hi Tyler,
thank you for the update.
Once all the mirrors are completed, it would be interesting to compare 
the radii measured from the D0 and the ones obtained from your fit of 
the CMM data.
Even if the CMM data tested only the edges of the mirrors, they should 
not be too different from the D0.
