Tyler:

The potential safety issues in a dynamic installation are
endless - particularly as changes are being made. As I
am currently managing several dozen installation areas,
I tend to focus on the larger constraints and must leave it
to the working groups and area safety wardens to identify
and assess these issues.

That said, I would encourage the person who raised this
question to look at the diagrams themselves and assess if
they think there is a problem that needs to be addressed.
If there is, I will integrate the recommended changes into
future plans.
