[Dsg-rich] Assembly in EEL 124

Dear Dario:

In looking at the diagram, it does not appear that you incorporated
the Silicon Vertex Tracker setup that is still in the lower right
hand side of the room (as shown).  If that is the case, is it your plan
not to occupy the room until the SVT has been fully installed in
Hall B?
