[Dsg-rich] Fwd: Stiffening Tool

Hi Marc,
I don't quite understand this request and I'm going to contact Ryan
right away.
I already discussed with him about the payment, because INFN cannot pay
in advance as was written in the original quote.
I proposed him to split the quote in two deliverables, one easily
reachable after the PO issue, that could be the raw material purchase,
and then the balance once the tool is delivered to jlab.
This is the procedure I followed with other US companies (for example
CMA for the carbon fiber mirrors), and he agreed on that.
Thus, beginning of last week I asked him a requote, with all the details
of the INFN requirements, but I didn't get any feedback from him. If he
needs any explanation on how to write this requote or fill the forms, he
should contact directly me.
I appreciated very much your help in the preliminary work to contact the
companies, and I'm going to ask for your help again for the next items
we will need to produce.
But now that we are the final steps of the procedure for this stiffening
tool, I didn't want to bother you, Bob or the other DSG people with all
the bureaucracy required by INFN.
Best regards,
Marco
