[Dsg-rich] submitted shipping authorization for new RICH mirror shipment from AZ to PA

Hello Mike, 

We already know that we will need to arrange shipping for the RICH mirrors again from CMA in Arizona to ECI in Pennsylvania. I have submitted a shipping authorization form (link to form) for the new shipment from CMA to ECI and Danny Lloyd has already signed. 

I filled the form out assuming that the mirrors will be packed in the same way as the last time you arranged their shipping at the end of July 2017. If we hear that they are packed differently, I will update the form and pass the information to you as soon as possible. 

The mirrors are estimated to be ready to pick up the week of August 25, 2017. We will confirm this pick up date with CMA and let you know if it is different.
