[Dsg-rich] Trolley

Hi Tyler,
Attached:
- the photo of the DC Trolley taken months ago; 
- the drawing of  the trolley with mounted on, the “interfaces parts” for RICH;
- the drawing of the “strongback lifting arm”.
Miller said us that will be his responsibility to follow the modification (cut of two forward vertical arms) and make operational the trolley, but it’s anyway better if someone of DSG follow the development of this topic.
