[Dsg-rich] RICH stiffening tool arrived at JLab

This morning before lunch, G&R delivered the RICH stiffening tool to JLab. 

The unassembled stiffening tool is stored in EEL 125. Attached are pictures of the stiffening tool in its storage location.
