[Dsg-rich] RICH stiffening tool assembly and test fit

Hello, 

Today, we unfortunately will not be able to assembly and test fit the RICH stiffening tool. 

However, today we will clear an area for the stiffening tool's assembly and then move the components into EEL 124 cleanroom. 

On Monday when George is here and able to provide gantry crane support for lifting the heavy components, we will assemble the stiffening tool. We will also test fit the stiffening tool on the detector shell to ensure all connection points properly align.
