[Dsg-rich] Stiffening tool assembly

Hi Tyler,
just a warning reffered to the stiffening tool assembly.
On the "lower rotating plate", on the side torward the floor, inserting the connection bolts you could will find some difficulties about housing the washers, due the available space between the holes and the lateral plates (see the attached picture).
In this case you could just cut a bit the washers.
