[Dsg-rich] FW: INFN Stiffening Tool Status

Marc,
We had to cut apart the two front legs of the tool because we didn’t get the attachment plate until after fabrication was complete and we didn’t receive the AutoCAD drawing for the connector plate. We are asking for $300.00 for the extra fabrication that was needed to complete this. I am waiting for my vendor to call me with an estimated due date for completion on the safety yellow.
Thank You,
Ryan L. Bruce

Good Morning Ryan,
Could you please provide some details on the extra work and give us an idea of how much this work costs. We can then pass the information to the correct people to try to resolve this.
In addition, we have a schedule to keep so an update on the following would help keep us on track:
1. Can you send over the Visual inspection report (welding) for the Stiffening Tool.
2. The current delivery estimate for the Stiffener.
3. Quote for the drawing I just sent. This one is critical, due to the upcoming end of the fiscal year.
Thanks,
Marc

Tyler,
We had some issues with fit up due to the lack of dimensions on the drawing so it is going to paint today. I wanted to touch base with you to see if we can get some compensation for the extra work we had to put in that was of no fault of our own. Please advise.
Thank You,

Hello Ryan,
What is the status of the INFN stiffening tool?
You mentioned that it would go for its painting no later thank Friday August 4. Has it been painted yet and returned to G&R?
Please let us know.
Best regards,
Tyler Lemon

Marc,
This should go to paint NLT than Friday and it will probably be a week from Friday to get it powdered and back to us before we can deliver.
