Sandro,

Since these threads (between the gas manifold and nut) don't seem to mate together well we'd like to explore some alternatives to try and make these parts work.

Here are some options:

- Change the thread on both the nut and manifold to 3/4"-10 NC since we have that tap & die set available at JLab
	- Need a new CAD model of both the manifold and nut

- Switch to a straight cylinder on the manifold and just glue it in, so don't need the nut any more.
	- Need a new CAD model of the manifold.
	-- Since is a design change would need some thought, but we use this method of attaching gas fittings on many detectors in Hall B.

There are some other options, but I'd rather try these first.

Let me know what you think, and the sooner we can get new models the sooner they can be printed and tested.
