I will start the shipping authorization form today and talk to Mike in Shipping & Receiving to let him know. 

As with the previous shipments, it will most likely take a week to finalize the shipping details and be able to ship the mirrors from JLab to CMA.

Hi Tyler, 
following CMA news, better we start organizing the shipment 
of the two mirros in our hands to CMA for re-surfacing. 
Conditions will be the usual, but we may need to work 
on the packaging. CMA is committed do do the job within 
August, if the mirros arrive in time. 

Meanwhile we will organize a meeting with them to better 
understand their evaluation and agree on the resurfacing 
plan.
