[Dsg-rich] Inventory of RICH aerogel at JLab

Hi Tyler,
I just received from the vendor the passports for the lateral tiles to 
complete the 2 cm layer.
I'm going to check the passports and, if they are ok, ask to the vendor 
to ship them.
