[Dsg-rich] maximum flow from compressor

Hello, 

To find out the maximum flow able to be provided by the air-cooling compressors in its current configuration, we opened both air-cooling rotameters on the gas panel as much as possible to observe the maximum flow received. 

The flowmeters on the gas panel measured ~510 L/min flowing through the top output and ~430 L/min flowing through the bottom output. 

The difference in flows is most likely due to differences in length of the 1/2-inch gas lines from the panel to RICH after the flowmeters.
