[Dsg-rich] Updated screens for RICH hardware interlock system

Hello Nathan, 

Attached are three CS-Studio screens to display all of the new PVs added for RICH's hardware interlock system. 

"RICH_interlock-CSS_screen_V6.opi" is the main screen and should replace the screen bought up by the "RICH Hard Interlocks" option in the RICH menu for clascss. There are also two buttons on this screen that link to the screens for electronic panel sensors and nitrogen volume sensors. 

"RICH_S1_EP.opi" is the screen that displays the interlock information for the electronic panel sensors. 

"RICH_S1_N2.opi" is the screen that displays the interlock information for the nitrogen volume sensors. 

I am not sure how these three screens should be linked or what directory they should go into the GitHub repository you sent when we last updated the screens. Once these screens are placed into the repository, I can start using GitHub to add updates and submit pull requests. 

Also, we've noticed that the PVs for the electronic panel humidity low latched errors do not seem to be working. All of these PVs are in the format "B_DET_RICH_S1_EP_INTLK_HUMID#_LATCHED_LO_ERR". We tried rebooting the soft IOC and verified that the PVs are correct on the CS-Studio screens and in the LabVIEW. Could it be something in the soft IOC that is causing these PVs not to work? Please let us know.
