[Dsg-rich] RICH hardware interlocks EPICS screens to be updated

Hello, 

To prepare for the installation of the dual cRIO chassis that will allow the read out of all 32 humidity and all 32 temperature sensors for RICH, we have updated the EPICS screen for the hardware interlock system. 

Attached are screenshots to give an overview of the changes. 

The main screen bought up by clascss in the RICH menu will be a summary screen ("RICH hardware interlock - summary screen.JPG"). On this screen there are buttons (circled in red with red arrows pointing to them in the screenshot) that will link to electronic panel sensors and nitrogen volume sensors. 

"RICH hardware interlock - Nitrogen volume sensors.JPG" monitors all sensors installed in the nitrogen volume. NOTE : All sensors connected to the cRIO installed in EEL 124 are for the nitrogen volume and are displayed on this screen. 

"RICH hardware interlock - Electronic panel sensors.JPG" will monitor all sensors in the electronic panel. NOTE : the sensors for this screen are not connected to any cRIO . The cRIO that reads these sensors has yet to be installed in EEL 124. DSG will install the cRIO and connect the remaining sensors in the upcoming days.
