[Dsg-rich] need PV added to RICH's EPICS server

Hello Nathan, 

We are adding a sensor to monitor the water concentration in RICH's air cooling system. 

Could you add the PV below to RICH's EPICS server? 

EPICS PV: B_DET_RICH_INTLK_AIR_H2O_PPM1 
LabVIEW signal name : RICHCRIO:RICH_EPICS:RICH_EPICS_Air H2O_PPM_#1 
Data Type: Double
