thanks for the info. 
after you left, marc, tyler, and i discussed the various matters further. 
tyler will schedule a meeting for mon. the 18th for you to go over the game plan. 
also, he'll send out emails on what we think needs to be done with respect to moving the trolley into the shower curtain room and moving the RICH out in january. 
some of the work, with regards to moving in/ moving out the RICH , if needed, has to be coordinated by bob miller.

I have talked to Bob Miller about the lift for the RICH detector. He offered to send help if needed to lift the detector next week. I turned down his offer for help. I feel comfortable performing the lift without any support from his group. The lift can be done by the DSG with my oversight. Can you please, schedule a meeting with the DSG personnel involved in the lift so we discuss our lift plan? I will send out the lift plan shortly. Please, let me know if there are any questions or concerns.
