[Dsg-rich] IOC for RICH interlock cRIOs

Hello Nathan, 

This afternoon, we are having the same problem with RICH's IOC server as we did last week. All PVs for RICH's nitrogen volume cRIO (hostname: RICHCRIO) are showing as disconnected. 

Last week, we did not do anything to the cRIO and it started working on its own some time in the night. Is there any periodic update or reboot that RICH's soft IOC does that would cause it to recover on its own?
