[Dsg-rich] RICH closed

Dear all,
after the delicate aerogel assembling, today the RICH could be closed
for the first time with all the components in place. This is a
fundamental milestone in our project! I like to thanks all of you to
have made it possible.

Tomorrow the RICH will be moved onto the trolley to be ready for 
installation at the beginning of January. Functionality tests will 
continue for the rest of the week.
