[Dsg-rich] shoe covers in the clean rooms

Hi Tyler,
in principle, we are close to have the RICH assembling done.
In the limited period before Christmas, we will have 5-6 INFN
people on site. In this sense, I am not sure the shoe solution
would be worth.
