Hi Jen,

We are planning to use 4 Nitrogen dewars in parallel (instead of 2) in 
the EEL for the RICH during the holiday shutdown. The target group has 
agreed to remove all their tanks during the shutdown so that we will be 
the only gas source in the 125/highbay area. Attached is my ODH form, 
the O2% if all four regulators fail and instantly boil off would be 19.01.

This will require your approval before we set it up. Please let me know 
when it is approved.
