[Dsg-rich] Updated screens for RICH hardware interlock system

Hi Nathan, 

The 16 PV's that are not connecting are highlighted on the attached list. 
They're actually in the format " B_DET_RICH_INTLK_S1_EP_ HUMID#_LATCHED_LO_ERR" (like the others). 
All the other PV's are connecting correctly.

The string S1_EP_INTLK doesn’t exist in the spreadsheet Peter sent me.
