[Dsg-rich] RICH installation meetings

Dear all,
I am not sure to be able to attend the meeting today.
Among the points I had in my agenda for review, let
me highlight few:

- the importance to have the air cooling panel
available (and not stuck between upgrade and
approval) because it is required for the
electronic tests and the aerogel assembling;

- plan a check/validation of the RICH transporting
cart and relative joints;

- work on the patch panels;

- the lift plan has been put on hold given the
new tests with the small EPanel demonstrator
and the new Dario and Sandro idea on how
access the EPanel from RICH inside.
