[Dsg-rich] RICH sealing

Dear Amrit,
this afternoom, with DSG we have clear the path for the trolley and 
preconfigure the  gantry. We also pre-organize the cables around the
RICH and adjust the supporting legs to not interfere with the trolley.

What is left for tomorrow morning before Mark and Joe arrive is
to mount the stiffening tool. My guess is starting at 8 could
be enough but DSG can better judge.
