[Dsg-rich] four dewars installed on manifold, nitrogen flow set to 15 slm

Hi Tyler,
did you seal the central rib of the RICH, between the electronic
panel and the tedlar exit window as agreeded this morning ? At
the center there is a light (and therefore likely a gas) leak
that could explains the high value of the humidity sensor in
the spherical mirror pivot.
