[Dsg-rich] shipment of five aerogel tiles recieved 2017-02-14

Hello, 

Today we received a shipment of five 3cm aerogel tiles. The tiles are stored in the dry box in EEL 124. 

>From a visual inspection, all tiles appear to at least have small chips on edges. This is consistent with previous shipments. Four of five tiles had larger dents or chips on corners. These faults are noted in the attached pdf. Also attached are pictures taken during the visual inspection.
