[Dsg-rich] RICH drilling template base assembled

Hello, 

Marc and Brian have assembled the drilling template base. Attached is a picture of the assembled base. 

The Hilti anchors, threaded rods, and nuts that George ordered have arrived. We are waiting for the drill bits to be delivered. As soon as the bits arrive, the drilling for the assembly structure's anchoring will be done.
