[Dsg-rich] RICH hardware interlock limits

Hello Marco Mirazita and Marco Contalbrigo, 

DSG has beendeveloping RICH cRIO hardware interlock program and we have questions regarding thresholds and interlock actions. 

Attached is an Excel file with a small table listing parameters to be monitored for interlocks. Could you please complete the table with the answers to the questions below? If a parameter is unknown or will be determined later, it can be left blank. 

1.) What are the upper and lower limits for temperature and humidity? 

2.) How many temperature and humidity sensors are needed? We know from George's diagrams that RICH will have one nitrogen purge flow meter, one cooling air flow meter, and one pressure transducer. These items have already been filled out in the table. 

3.) What actions should be taken for each interlock? For instance, should HV be turned off before LV if internal temperature is too high?
