[Dsg-rich] Structure Torque Specs

Since there don't seem to be any torque numbers on the drawings, I think I found the part from the manufacturer.

Unfortunately I don't quite understand their notation. Since we're using the M8 screws, does it mean we use less than 20 Nm (which is basically anything) or does that mean at least 20 Nm, in which case, what's the max?

Should we just set a torque wrench for 15 ftlbf (since 20 Nm = 14.75 ftlbf [but good luck setting that])?
