[Dsg-rich] RICH Box 1 and Box 4 delivery

I received a message from Doug this morning about
boxes 2 and 4 being moved to the ESB for storage.
Unless we have plans to transport these materials
back to INFN within this Fiscal Year, it does not
make good fiscal sense to store these boxes, particularly
in expensive climate controlled space.

Can someone provide a justification for why these
empty, wooden boxes need to be kept?
