[Dsg-rich] CLAS12 RICH OSP

Dear David, Marc and George,
Hall-B will undergo Accelerator Readiness Review (ARR) next week. As part 
of this review, it is required to answer to the recommendations of CLAS12 
ERR. For the RICH detector, they deal with the OSP.

To my understanding, you had a meeting in November to clarify the 
remaining issues about the RICH pressure gas system. May you provide
me with an update of the OSP status ? I would need to send this
information to Eugene Pasyuk within today.
