[Dsg-rich] RICH assembly

Dear all,
now that the RICH has finally arrived at JLab, we have just to assembly 
it!

My original work plan was organized in two assembly sessions, the first 
one scheduled right after the delivery and the second one later on.

However, at least to my knowledge, we are still waiting for the final 
approval of the OSP that will allow us to start the work in the EEL124.
In addition, I can suppose that in February the JLab people will be 
fully busy with the preparation and running of the CLAS12 KPP data 
taking.
Thus, I replanned the work in one single, 3-week long, assembly session 
that could take place from March 6 to 24.
I attached a preliminary schedule of the work to be done, with 
indication of the support we will need at every step (scaffoldings, 
forklift, etc.).
Please let me know as soon as possible if you agree with this new plan.
If necessary, we could set up phone meetings to better define the 
various phases of the work.
