[Dsg-rich] RICH Box 1 move, damage, and repair

Hello, 

This morning, Walt Akers noted that RICH Box 1 in the ESB was blocking an entry way and needed to be moved. Walt, Elaine Zuchowicz, and DSG moved the box to a different location in the ESB. 

In the process, Box 1's top came off and part of it fell into the crate. We checked the top and crate contents and noted nothing was damaged. We then reattached the top in its proper place on Box 1. Attached are pictures of Box 1 before and after the repair.
