[Dsg-rich] Does RICH mirror shipping estimate include insurance?

This cost does not include insurance charges. Most carriers have their 
own insurance for their trucks, but that usually covers a small amount. 
I believe Joe Scarcello handles getting insurance set up for particular 
shipments. What's the total value for the mirrors being sent out?
