Dear Marco and All:

I am doing a little preliminary prep work to support the arrival
of the materials.  First, I've asked our friends in the target group
to remove the materials that have accumulated along the path
from the roll-up door to the cleanroom area.  They should have
that done within a day or so.

Our shipping and receiving people have offered to perform the
offloading of the shipment if the Hall B staff are not available.
If one of you can send me a copy of the video showing the materials
being loaded and the size and specification of the individual
boxes, I will forward it to them so they can have the appropriate
equipment on hand.
