[Dsg-rich] RICH crates

Good Morning Tyler:

I'm walking over now to check the status of the EEL-125 delivery,
however, the other boxes appear (1 & 4) appear to have been abandoned
in the primary doorway of the Experimental Staging Building. I'm sure
this was due to some material handling difficulties, but we'll need
to take care of that today.
