[Dsg-rich] Penetration Permit for RICH Assembly Structure

Tomorrow I'd like to meet to get this penetration permit signed. Is everyone free around 9:15 - 10:15am? Please let me know where you will be around that time frame. If it is convenient we can all meet in one location.

Subject: [Dsg-rich] Penetration Permit for RICH Assembly Structure 

Hi All, 

I am Marc McMullen from the Physics Detector Support Group. If you are 
receiving this, you are listed as an authorized SME on the penetration 
permit document. The DSG will be working with the INFN group to build 
the RICH detector assembly structure in the EEL clean room (rm. 124). 
The structure will need to be anchored for stability into the concrete 
floor of the building using 16ct. 3/4" bolts, secured with Hilti 
anchors. The Hall B Mechanical group will be providing drilling support. 

Please review the attached documents which include a penetration permit, 
location diagram, and assembly procedure. The assembly structure will be 
located centrally in the RICH assembly area of the attached diagram. I 
will start collecting signatures on Wednesday 2/1/17. I will probably go 
to Carroll, Paul, and Suresh first, since they can sign for multiple 
systems. However, if you are an SME and you are ready for approval, 
email me your location and a good time to stop by and I will.
