[Dsg-rich] E-panel mechanical test

Dear Amrit,

since the electronic panel is still available in the EEL clean room, we 
have the necessity to check something on the exaust holes once the 
e-panel is installed on the RICH shell.

To do this check I need to install the e-panel on the rich, take some 
measurements and then dismount again and install back on the support cart.

The rotation of the RICH shell is not needed.

I think we can perform this task in one day at maximum with two people 
helping me.

Do you think it is possible?
