[Dsg-rich] Scheduled Visit to GandR Metals

Hi Mike,

Our collaborators from INFN (Italy) are having BTHLD fabricated at one 
of the local shops (GandR Metals). Sandro Tomassini has requested a 
visit to the shop to inspect the work, prior to painting.  Ryan Bruce 
(GandR) has let us know that Monday (7/17) is a good day to visit, so I 
am trying to set up a time. I think the morning would be best, maybe we 
could head over around 09:45 (15-20min trip).

Doug mentioned that you may want to go, because the device will need to 
be approved for use here at the Lab. Tyler Lemon and I would represent 
the Physics Detector Support Group (we are working with INFN to 
assemble, instrument and test the detector, here at the lab).

If that time is good for everyone, please let me know.
