[Dsg-rich] RICH internal gas distribution details

Hi Dave,

Our collaborators from INFN have produced details on the internal gas 
distribution for the RICH. I would like to meet with you on Monday 
afternoon (2:15)  so that we can discuss their plan in detail. I will 
provide links to the documents so that you may review them prior to the 
meeting.
