[Dsg-rich] RICH stiffening tool - Load test - final report

Dear Bob,

attached this email you can find the final report of the stiffening tool 
FEA, Bolted connection calculations and Weld Calculations.

The report is quite long but you can focus only on the last section from 
page 22 (Load test)

I will focus from now on to prepare the 2D drawings for the part production.
