[Dsg-rich] RICH shell activities today

Dear Tyler,

just to inform you, today me and Dario want to spend a couple of hours 
on the RICH shell to check few things:

1. check the installation of the third mount of the spherical mirror (we 
do not need the spherical mirror frame)

2. check the installation of the mirror mounts on the CFRP frame in the 
wooden crate (without removing the frame from the crate)

3. remove the broken thread rods on the two mirrors if they are still here
