[Dsg-rich] Yes RICH spherical mirrors packaged and ready for pickup - But ECI needs labelling information & trucking company name

Thank you for your email confirming pick-up status.  The mirrors are packed for pick-up; however, but we need some additional information from you before pick-up. Specifically:

 

What destination details should appear on packing list and shipment labels?

 

Company Name:

Company Address:

Attention (person):

Order (or other) Reference Number:

 

What is the name of the trucking company that is making the pick-up?

 

We appreciate your prompt review and reply. Upon receipt we will label packages accordingly.  Pick-up can happen tomorrow between 8:30 AM-4:30 PM.  Please contact us if arrangements need to be made for an alternate pick-up time. (Before or after hours)
