[Dsg-rich] RICH Compressor initial start up

Hi Volker,

DSG will be doing the initial start up of the RICH compressor, to check 
for functionality. I have submitted a BList (Initial Start up of RICH 
Compressor: Task ID 1557) for the initial start up and submitted it for 
approval.

Doug has informed me that this operation falls out of his approval 
scope. Ed Folts has informed me that hall task lists which occur out of 
the hall are normally approved by the Hall leader and suggested that I 
contact you for approval. At your earliest convenience, could you please 
review it.

Just a small correction to what Tyler said, the plan for today is only to run the power and ground lines from the Bertha to the wall just to make sure everything will reach where it needs to go.

We probably won't actually connect anything until later this week. Marc is writing a BList (and THA) for the first test of the compressor and the electricians have requested to be present on initial system start-up.
